One Sunday sermon, a full week of church content.
A strategic way to get more from the sermon your pastor spent all week preparing. We take that one message, in your own words, and shape it into a week of content: a recap email, daily devotionals, small-group questions, ready-to-post social, and pre-made short-form clips. It is your message, extended across the week, and done for you.
Built and tested with Advent Lutheran Church in Boca Raton. Designed to preserve your message, not replace it.
The gap
Your pastor pours a week into Sunday.
By Tuesday, most of it is gone.
A single sermon holds enough for a whole week of formation: devotionals, conversations, reminders that carry the message into Monday and beyond. But turning it into content takes hours your staff doesn't have.
So the recap email goes out late, the social posts get skipped, and small groups improvise. The message was good. It just didn't make it past Sunday morning.
The system
One message goes in. A full week of content comes out.
This is a strategic use of work your pastor already did. The message is the source, and everything downstream is drawn straight from it: your words, your theology, your voice. Nothing is invented, so the whole week stays true to what was actually preached. And it starts from a recording you already make, whether that is a Sunday sermon, a youth service, or a chapel.
What you get
Six kinds of content from one message
Sermon recap email
A clear summary that lands in inboxes while Sunday is still fresh.
Daily devotionals
Short reflections for each day, drawn straight from the message.
Small-group questions
Discussion prompts that keep groups on the same passage.
Ready-to-post social
Pre-written captions and pull-quotes in your church's tone: posted, not just suggested.
Pre-made TikTok & Reels
The best moments, cut into ready-to-share short-form video, captioned and sized for each platform.
Family & parent prompts
Simple conversation starters to carry the message home.
A look at the output
A sample week, from one message
Illustrative examples of how a single message becomes the week. Everything stays editable. Your team reviews before anything goes out.
Rest is not a reward
Sunday's message reminded us that Sabbath isn't earned after the work is done. It's built into how God made us. Where in your week are you treating rest as optional?
For your group this week
Pastor said grace “interrupts our scorekeeping.” Where are you still keeping score, with God, or with someone you love? What would it look like to set the ledger down?
Pull-quote + caption
“You are not what you produce. You are who God says you are.” Carry that into your weekend. From Sunday's message on rest and identity.
Done for you
The best 40 seconds of Sunday, ready for TikTok
We find the moments worth sharing and cut them into captioned, platform-sized clips: TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. No editor on staff required. Hand them to a volunteer and post.
- Captioned and correctly sized per platform
- Pulled from the sermon's strongest moments
- Yours to review and approve before posting
A local example
We built and tested this with Advent Lutheran Church in Boca Raton, taking the Sunday sermon and shaping a week of devotionals, group questions, and posts around it. The goal was simple: keep Sunday's message working through the week, without asking the pastor or staff to do more.
How it works
Three steps. No new burden on staff.
Send the recording you already make
A video of the message is all we need, and it is the recording you already make. A transcript or written sermon works too. Add the speaker notes or slide deck and it gets sharper, but none of that is required.
Review the generated content
You get the full week in one place: recap, devotionals, questions, posts. Edit anything; your team has the final word.
Publish throughout the week
Send it, schedule it, or hand it to whoever runs your channels. Sunday's message keeps working all week.
Built for churches
The message leads. The system serves it.
This isn't about replacing the pastor. It's a strategic way to make the work they already did keep reaching people all week, built from nothing but your own message.
From your own words
Every piece is drawn from your sermon: your language, your theology, your voice. Nothing is invented. It is your message, not generic content.
A strategy, not just content
A deliberate way to extend the work your pastor already did, connecting with your people every day of the week, not only Sunday morning.
Done for you, approved by you
You send Sunday's sermon and the finished week comes back, even if you are a solo pastor with no comms staff. What took hours becomes a quick review, and nothing goes out without your approval.
Week-to-week consistency
Every channel points back to Sunday, so your congregation hears one unified message all week.
Questions
Common questions
Does this replace the pastor or write the sermon?
No. The sermon is entirely your pastor's. The system only takes what was already preached and reshapes it into other formats. It does not write or change the message itself.
Will the content actually sound like us?
It's drawn from your sermon's own words and tone, and your team reviews and edits everything before it goes out. Nothing publishes without your approval.
How much work is this for our staff?
Very little. You send the sermon, review the week's content in one place, and publish. What used to take hours becomes a quick review.
What do you need from us to start?
Just the recording you already make. A video of the message is all that is required. A transcript or written sermon also works, and the speaker notes or slide deck make it sharper, though they are optional.
Does it have to be the Sunday sermon?
No. Any message works: a youth service, a chapel talk, a guest speaker, a midweek teaching. If it was preached or taught and recorded, we can shape it into a week of content.
Is our church's content kept private?
Yes. Your sermons and generated content are yours. We don't share or repurpose them, and we'll walk through exactly how it's handled on the call.
